EVER.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Campbell has\u00a0been talking <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amestrib.com\/sports\/20180524\/football-nike-made-redesigning-isu-uniforms-priority\">about this for a while<\/a>. If <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amestrib.com\/sports\/20180524\/football-nike-made-redesigning-isu-uniforms-priority\">Nike&#8217;s behind<\/a> the total purge of stripes and accents, why not just contract it out to the College of Design? Students there might actually know what our colors are and mix them accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>Iowa State fans know about all-whites for two main reasons: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbssports.com\/college-football\/news\/is-there-a-new-name-for-texas-away-uniforms\/\">The Texas Stormtroopers<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/thespun.com\/big-ten\/nebraska\/nebraska-huskers-football-all-white-uniforms-at-minnesota-golden-gophers-fans-angry-twitter\">Nebraska&#8217;s surrender uniforms<\/a>. The assignment of the 2018\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cyclonefanatic.com\/2018\/06\/kickoff-and-tv-info-set-for-isu-texas\/\">Texas football game to the Longhorn Network<\/a> <em>without<\/em> a CyTV simulcast says which is the Empire and which should pray the deal isn&#8217;t altered further, don&#8217;t you think?<\/p>\n<p>The Campbell era, in a way, reminds me of Tim Cook&#8217;s time at Apple. Cook put Jony Ive in charge of the user interface, <a href=\"http:\/\/cheerfulsw.com\/2015\/destroying-apples-legacy\/\">bleeding it dry and eliminating important visual cues<\/a>. Cook&#8217;s Apple has done everything it can <a href=\"http:\/\/macdailynews.com\/2016\/12\/20\/how-tim-cooks-apple-alienated-mac-loyalists\/\">to alienate Mac users<\/a> to the point of making products with an <a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2016\/10\/27\/apples-new-macbook-pro-just-killed-off-most-of-the-ports-you-probably-need\/\">inferior collection of ports<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/theoutline.com\/post\/4277\/dont-buy-the-new-macbook-pros-even-on-sale-in-my-opinion?zd=1&amp;zi=i6ibshs4\">hardware that doesn&#8217;t work<\/a>. (I think around 2012 he bumped into the wrong person who cursed him with, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/books\/booksblog\/2013\/apr\/16\/rereading-stephen-king-thinner\">&#8220;Thinner.&#8221;<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><em>But he&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/money.cnn.com\/2018\/06\/05\/investing\/apple-trillion-dollar-market-value-amazon\/index.html\">making Apple a trillion-dollar company<\/a>! But the Facetweetgramming youths are where it&#8217;s at!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>But he beat Oklahoma! But he gets the &#8216;kroots, who are all about the Facetweetgramming! #HashtagsAreBrewing<\/em><\/p>\n<p>To which&#8230;*deep sigh* Yeah. Winning works and gives you a lot of leeway. I clearly am not the target audience, for either Campbell or Cook.
