As both IPR and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.radioiowa.com\/2018\/11\/26\/beams-going-up-on-bridge-over-i-35-near-ames\/\">an earlier blog post note<\/a>, this was supposed to be done by now but won&#8217;t be complete until next summer.<\/p>\n<p>Significant construction after Thanksgiving in Iowa is pretty rare, especially anything that isn&#8217;t a wrap-up.
