Is four lanes over the river inching close to being a reality?<\/p>\n<p><em>The proposed improvements include upgrading and repairs to the roadway lightning on the bridge.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Oh.<\/p>\n<p>The anticlimactic news does have something you don&#8217;t see every day: A detour into another state.
