That&#8217;s even after the addition of a scotcharoo-on-a-stick.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s too bad. It&#8217;s kind of odd that the Iowa State Fair Board itself couldn&#8217;t stick (no pun intended) with selling a unique offering on the Grand Concourse. It&#8217;s also odd that this wasn&#8217;t announced beforehand.
