These follow two proposed diverging diamonds <a href=\"http:\/\/iowahighwayends.net\/blog\/2019\/01\/double-diverging-diamonds-for-linn-county\/\">on the north side of Cedar Rapids<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>According to the handout, the study is expected to be finished by the end of next year.
