It was supposed to be this week. The news story in the second link has a guide through the interchange, which is the second diverging diamond in Iowa. In a diverging diamond, traffic temporarily shifts to the &#8220;wrong&#8221; side of the road to avoid left turns onto on-ramps.<\/p>\n<p>This exit is the former west end of <a href=\"http:\/\/iowahighwayends.net\/ends\/ia931.html\">IA 931<\/a>.
