It will be a long process, beyond the delay announced earlier this year.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.news.iowadot.gov\/newsandinfo\/2020\/09\/interstate-35first-street-interchange-in-ankeny-set-to-begin-staged-opening-sept-24.html\">According to the DOT<\/a>, 1st Street will open Thursday, and one ramp will open each week for the next three weeks.
