The\u00a0Bipartisan Infrastructure Law is providing $56.4 million of a $76.1 million overall estimated cost, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegazette.com\/local-government\/cedar-rapids-receives-56-million-federal-grant-to-fund-eighth-avenue-bridge-replacement\/\">the <em>Gazette<\/em> reports<\/a>.
