There are no turn lanes, and sometimes the line of sight isn&#8217;t great. One possibility is to make 151 between Fairfax and Amana a &#8220;Super-2&#8221; road with passing and\/or turn lanes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.news.iowadot.gov\/newsandinfo\/2024\/12\/corridor-study-and-visioning-survey-for-us-151-from-the-northern-amana-city-limits-to-the-southern-c.html\">The state is seeking feedback through Thursday<\/a>. (As has been the case for a while, stuff like this goes through an online registration process.)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kcrg.com\/video\/2025\/01\/05\/iowa-dot-asks-public-input-safety-improvements-hwy-151-stretch-fairfax-amana\/\">KCRG has a story about some drivers&#8217; experiences<\/a>.
