This sign was put up in July on eastbound IA 3 at <a href=\"http:\/\/iowahighwayends.net\/ends\/ia38.html\">IA 38&#8217;s north end<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This is the second time in a decade that a mileage sign has been missing an &#8220;S&#8221;.
