It&#8217;s right beside the All Veterans Memorial. <a href=\"http:\/\/northernsunprint.com\/page\/content.detail\/id\/512040\/Tama-County-Freedom-Rock-revealed.html\">The rock was unveiled Dec. 20. <\/a><\/p>\n<p>The front (side facing IA 96) is a procession of soldiers from the Civil War to the present day.
