At the 2:01 mark of the video above is a shot of downtown. There is a &#8220;Jct 9&#8221; assembly visible \u2014 and the 9 is on a wide shield. That&#8217;s ridiculous.<\/p>\n<p>(It seems that Iowa&#8217;s conformation to MUTCD standards is deliberately set to create things that annoy me.
