The <a href=\"http:\/\/iowahighwayends.net\/ends\/ia3.html\">north intersection of IA 3 and IA 12<\/a> has the new-style sign marking the end of the Loess Hills Scenic Byway, but the End sign for the old version remains at <a href=\"http:\/\/iowahighwayends.net\/ends\/ia403.html\">old IA 403<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a thin blog post, perhaps, but the location makes it notable: A new Casey&#8217;s opened in Akron Feb. 16. Stories: <em><a href=\"http:\/\/akronhometowner.com\/pages\/?p=20515\">Akron Hometowner<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lemarssentinel.com\/story\/2486661.html\">Le Mars Sentinel<\/a>. <\/em>It&#8217;s the westernmost one in Iowa, followed by Hawarden.
