The entire school complex is likely to be torn down, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thegrundyregister.com\/content\/update-all-gladbrook-school-likely-be-torn-down\">says the<em> Grundy Register<\/em><\/a>. That includes the swimming pool, built in 1968. Adding insult to injury (should it be the case), on a financial and morale standpoint, is losing the <a href=\"http:\/\/wcfcourier.com\/news\/regional\/gladbrook-fitness-center-finishes-ahead-of-schedule\/article_6d27abec-dcde-548c-8217-c04cd7bedafc.html\">half-million-dollar, decade-old fitness center<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Oof. Just, ouch.<\/p>\n<p>(Side question: Yes, the lights are off at the <em>Northern Sun-Print<\/em>, caught up <a href=\"http:\/\/reinbeckcourier.com\/page\/content.detail\/id\/545935\/Newspaper-production-moving-to-Tama-April-2.html?nav=5005\">in the move to Tama<\/a> along with <a href=\"http:\/\/iowahighwayends.net\/blog\/2018\/03\/traer-star-clipper-office-closing\/\">the <em>Star-Clipper<\/em><\/a>, but does that mean no one&#8217;s home, either?
