Really big county road signs
P6020397
The weirdest font I've ever seen on a shield. This was my first time on US 98.

The Super Bowl was here four months ago.
P6030471
Home locker room of not only the Bucs, but the University of South Florida. The Broncos' visitors' locker room was bigger.
P6030476 P6030484 P6030487
During games, the pirate ship is off-limits to the riffraff regular fans. You get to see it in the tour though.

"The Pier" at St. Pete. I wanted a bay tour that guaranteed dolphin sightings, but there weren't enough people at ANY time during the day. And this was the beginning of June!
P6030513
So, with an evening to kill, I took in a Rays game. Tropicana Field serves Pepsi products (!!) but as Pepsi owns Tropicana it's a foregone conclusion.
P6030521
A grand slam against the hapless Kansas City Royals. If I just wanted to see the Royals lose I could've stayed in KC. :-P
P6030532
This was only my second pro game, the first being a Cubs game in 1992.
The baseball game was the last event of the vacation. I flew back early the next morning. Overall, with the lack of crowds and mostly good weather, it was a great trip.
