Regardless, this at least shows that Iowa has entered the P&#8217;s, after assigning the O series that it did not in the previous cycle.<\/p>\n<p>The acronym PCC is used in construction circles as Portland cement concrete, but I learned earlier this year that is <em>not<\/em> why Portland, Iowa, has the name it does.
