On either side of town, the expressway holds close to the original two-lane alignment, so it&#8217;s curved around X20. That has created problems, as <a href=\"http:\/\/thegazette.com\/2013\/02\/08\/springville-intersection-alternatives-to-be-discussed\/\">the Cedar Rapids Gazette reports.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The decision has been made to build an interchange. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iowadot.gov\/pim\/documents\/022013US151pd.pdf\">There are three options (PDF)<\/a>\u00a0that will be available for inspection at a meeting tonight in Springville. Complicating matters is a Security State Bank building right by the intersection, built between August 2004 and August 2005, and a Casey&#8217;s beside it, built between August 2008 and August 2009.
