June 10, 2011: IL 138 ends at old US 66 in Mount Olive. Actually, it’s OLD old 66, because as with much of I-55, there was a bypass route built before the interstate was constructed farther out.
EDIT 3/22: Wrong Mount. Olive, not Sterling.
